Product Designer

The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, high-fidelity design solutions. They will also contribute to the maintenance of design systems and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Designers and Creative Directors to translate product vision, business goals, and user needs into thoughtful design solutions
- Collaborate with UX Researchers to interpret insights, apply findings, and evolve designs based on user feedback
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes for complex, data-driven workflows
- Present UX and UI work clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback in a professional, constructive manner
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience designing digital products, platforms, or complex applications
- Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Proficiency with modern design tools and collaborative workflows
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, user-centered design solutions
- Genuine excitement and usage of AI tools and a willingness to explore how they can accelerate and elevate design
