UX Researcher, Systems & AI Enablement

The role involves designing and maintaining AI-enabled research systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, the researcher will conduct hands-on generative and evaluative product research to inform design and development decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain tool integrations and automations across the full research lifecycle
- Create and maintain standardized research operating components
- Build and enforce repository architecture, taxonomies, and knowledge management structures
- Define approved AI use cases for the research team and maintain prompt libraries, documentation standards, and QA frameworks
- Implement AI-assisted workflows that accelerate preparation, synthesis, and documentation while preserving human-led interpretation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- 3+ years of technical product experience
- 3+ years integrating user research into digital product design and development
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis
- A strong portfolio or work samples that demonstrate impact through user research
