Product Designer (Hybrid)

You will design intuitive experiences for the Hiring product, focusing on AI-powered candidate matching and streamlined workflows. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to iterate on solutions, conduct user research, and ship high-quality, polished features.
Responsibilities
- Redesign how owners review candidates, improve screener completion rates, or prototype new Hiring product experiences
- Explore multiple directions before converging, and bring that thinking to reviews clearly
- Push work to a high bar — sweating the details that make experiences feel polished, not just done
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape solutions and ship work that matches intent
- Use AI tools to expand exploration, accelerate execution, and raise quality bar
Requirements
- 2–3 years of product design experience
- Strong visual and interaction craft skills
- Experience taking ambiguous problems through to shipped solutions
- Proactive and independent
- Active use of AI tools in design workflow
- Clear eye for quality — typography, hierarchy, spacing, interaction polish
