Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead creative projects from concept through execution, bridging hands-on design work with strategic art direction. They are responsible for maintaining brand consistency, mentoring junior designers, and integrating AI tools into creative workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead and define visual direction for campaigns, brand projects, and digital experiences
- Generate original creative concepts and expand on briefs with a clear point of view
- Design digital advertising assets, print materials, and high-performing email templates
- Map user flows and design responsive layouts across breakpoints
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or similar tools
- Strong understanding of print production standards and responsive web design
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and email design best practices
