Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will execute creative deliverables across digital, print, and in-store channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They are responsible for translating creative briefs into brand-consistent visuals and supporting senior designers with asset preparation.
Responsibilities
- Execute design deliverables across digital, print, and in-store channels including social media, email, web graphics, signage, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and timelines
- Assist in translating creative briefs into visually compelling concepts that support brand and business objectives
- Partner with Copy/Content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across assets
- Source and edit imagery, graphics, and visual elements to support campaign needs
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs
- Participate in team reviews and incorporate feedback to refine designs
- Support senior designers and production artists with layout, formatting, and asset preparation
- Stay current on design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas to the team
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design work across digital and print channels
- Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. WorkFront, Asana, Trello) is helpful but not required
- 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or agency settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
