The Product Designer will own the end-to-end user experience for a denial prevention platform, designing complex clinical and operational workflows. They will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver solutions while conducting independent user research to validate design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences for complex denial prevention workflows
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Plan and conduct user research independently
- Design data visualizations that communicate denial patterns and actionable insights clearly
- Work embedded with Product and Engineering to iteratively deliver and refine solutions
- Translate ambiguous product requirements into user-centered designs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS or healthcare environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design and data visualization
- Demonstrated experience conducting user research independently
- Ability to move fluidly from concept to high-fidelity prototype
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers and product managers in agile teams
