Product Designer Senior

The role involves leading end-to-end product design for complex digital products while collaborating with product, business, and technology teams. Responsibilities include conducting user research, defining product opportunities, and ensuring high-quality implementation through close cooperation with developers.
Responsibilities
- Participate in problem discovery and opportunity definition with PMs and Research
- Analyze user, business, and data insights to propose actionable solutions
- Design end-to-end solutions: user flows, information architecture, interaction, and UI
- Identify frictions in the experience, processes, and real product use
- Align proposals with the roadmap, technical constraints, and organizational context
- Work closely with development to ensure correct implementation
- Facilitate co-creation and decision-making spaces within the team
- Provide feedback and act as a reference for junior/mid designers
- Contribute to the product vision with a strategic and systemic focus
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer
- Experience in complex digital products
- Mastery of user flows, information architecture, UX, and UI
- Advanced Figma skills
- Experience working with product, research, and development teams
- Experience in agile environments with multiple stakeholders
