Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and execute high-quality digital marketing assets, including web interfaces, email campaigns, and social media content. They will collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across multiple high-profile sports and entertainment brands.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the design team on brainstorming, developing, and executing design work for the organization
• Conceptualize and design creative deliverables such as web and app interfaces, email marketing, and paid digital media and social posts
• Effectively coordinate with the Creative Director and Project Managers to ensure design projects communicate the desired message quickly and efficiently
• Take responsibility of the creative process for each project, including inter-departmental communication, problem-solving, and understanding of business initiatives
• Provide creative input, ideas, and concepts for the overall marketing and brand development of the organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, within an agency or in a corporate environment with a strong digital focus
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of current design practices and techniques, specific to web, email, and advertising platform requirements and constraints
• Fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Proficiency in Lightroom, Outlook, and Microsoft Office on OS platform
