The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative, customer-centric software solutions. Responsibilities include creating design specifications, conducting user research, and managing the iterative design roadmap to meet product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design experiences that fulfill solution requirements using customer-centric design methods
- Drive alignment with engineers and product stakeholders to improve customer experience
- Communicate to all levels of users, strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive, willing to take ownership and manage ambiguity
- Participate in research and user testing with internal and external customers
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of SW UX design experience
- BS degree (or equivalent experience) in Design or Technology related field
- Advanced skills creating prototypes in Figma
- Familiarity with Miro
- Experience facilitating cross-functional design thinking workshops
