The Lead Product Designer will own and elevate the end-to-end user experience across the product ecosystem, focusing on AI-driven health data and consumer-grade interfaces. They will lead design strategy, mentor team members, and partner with product and engineering leadership to ensure high-quality, data-backed product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the product design vision for key product areas
- Translate b.well's mission into design principles, patterns, and north-star product experiences
- Partner with the CPO and product leadership to influence roadmap priorities through a design lens
- Use quantitative data and qualitative research to drive design decisions
- Design the interaction model for agentic AI experiences
- Lead end-to-end design across discovery, definition, design, and delivery
- Mentor and grow junior and mid-level designers
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior lead capacity
- A portfolio that demonstrates mastery of complex, data-rich UX across consumer-facing products
- Proven experience designing consumer products at scale (B2C, high-engagement mobile or web apps)
- Deep experience designing AI-powered or conversational interfaces
- Experience building or contributing to design systems at scale
- Strong skills in Figma (prototyping, auto-layout, variables, component libraries)
