You will contribute to high-quality design standards and solve user problems by collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams. You will also leverage AI-enabled workflows to iterate on product features and maintain scalable design systems.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to high-quality design standards: Play your part in ensuring high-quality design standards that enable a flawless and intuitive product experience
- Conducting detailed Design Reviews: Utilise feedback to uphold consistency and excellence in design
- Solving user problems through design: Collaborate closely with Product to identify user problems or opportunities and build lean, innovative solutions
- Advocating for Usability Testing and Research: Champion modern research and experimentation practices
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in the field of product design or UX/UI fields
- Compelling Portfolio: Showcase a portfolio highlighting previous Product/UX/UI Design experience
- Strategic Alignment: Ability to align design efforts with the business strategy of your delivery team
- User-Centred Design: Strong grasp of user-centred design principles, design thinking methodologies, design systems and research practices
