Graphic Designer

The graphic designer will develop creative layouts, presentations, and marketing materials while upholding company brand standards. They will collaborate with the marketing and proposal teams to create persuasive visual content for business development pursuits.
Responsibilities
- Work with creative services director, manager, and design team to develop creative solutions
- Conceptualize and execute designs for the business development and marketing teams
- Support the pursuit of new work through the development of complex internal and external marketing materials
- Work collaboratively with proposal manager and proposal team to design compelling layouts for proposal sections
- Analyze and recommend creative techniques to turn strategic objectives into persuasive visual content
- Manage various assignments simultaneously, including long-term where multiple parties are involved
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or communications
- Two to three years of experience in a professional setting
- Expertise in Adobe CC software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Proficient in MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Experience with Premiere Pro a plus
- Strong digital illustration, infographic design, and technical design skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent quality control
