Lead Technical UI Designer

Lead and manage a team of technical UI designers to implement UI systems and workflows within Unreal Engine for Rocket League. Collaborate across departments to ensure design consistency while hands-on developing features and debugging technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Tech UI designers implementing UI systems in Rocket League
- Work collaboratively across multiple teams to create consistency
- Set up a culture of mentorship and excellence within the Tech UI design craft
- Establish best practices and procedures for Tech UI Design
- Work on UI Systems Design, break down feature/wireframe into necessary widgets, materials, and input navigation
Requirements
- Experience managing a team of 2-6 people
- Expertise in building UI and experiences in game engines and across multiple platforms
- Experience building materials/shaders in Unreal or equivalent
- Professional engine experience
- Game industry 3D-package experience
