Graphic Designer, Experience Design

The role involves developing visual identities, signage, and environmental graphics while translating high-level concepts into brand-appropriate design directions. You will also participate in brainstorms, present work to clients, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual identity, logotypes, typefaces, color palettes, wayfinding, and environmental experiences across various media platforms
- Actively participate in concept and design brainstorms
- Illustrate a passion for traditional design principles, with ability and interest to challenge the status quo
- Translate high-level concepts into brand-appropriate design directions
- Create in-situation mock-ups with applied graphics
- Deliver polished moodboards to communicate design intent and visual storytelling
- Present work internally and to clients with leadership guidance and supervision
- Mentor more junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating passion for design and experiential
- Strong skill in layouts, typography, line composition, color, photography, comping, visualization, and graphic design fundamentals
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Natural communicator with strong visual and verbal presentation skills
- Hustler at heart who can adapt to rapidly changing priorities in an energetic environment
- Collaborative spirit and drive to take ownership of the work
