Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects
- Participate in project planning and scheduling
- Take responsibility for non-technical elements of an engineering project
- Review and interpret customer requirements/specifications
- Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Thermal Design and Simulation
- 4+ years of managerial/leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and 3D simulation
- Experience with Flotherm as CFD analysis tool
- Transient analysis experience is a plus
