Senior Product Designer – Karnov Group

You will lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from user research and problem definition to prototyping and final implementation. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions and experiences
• Work end-to-end across the design process
• Own specific features and user flows from early discovery through launch and post-launch evaluation
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business stakeholders
• Work closely with developers during implementation to facilitate smooth handoffs and safeguard quality
• Identify and propose new features and improvements to enhance usability and relevance for users
• Rely on data and product metrics to inform design decisions, validate solutions, and define what success looks like

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of proven experience as a digital Product Designer
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates skills and impact
• Have a solid understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility
• Are proficient in Figma and comfortable using modern design and collaboration tools
• Are experienced in working with design systems in daily practice
• Communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale clearly to both designers and non-designers
