You will lead quantitative research initiatives to understand merchant behaviors and develop AI-integrated workflows for the UX team. You will also influence product strategy by providing data-driven recommendations and measuring user experience across various surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Conduct primary research, including field studies, interviews, and usability testing
- Analyze data and inform product strategy and design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management
- Develop and maintain research methodologies and tools
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in an applied research setting
- Experience with data manipulation and computational statistics
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
