Lead UX Designer

The Lead UX Designer will shape the user experience for digital products by leading high-priority projects from concept to execution. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, brand-aligned designs while advocating for user-centered outcomes through research and data.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority, complex projects from concept to execution
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
- Set the standard for craft and quality in UI design
- Own and execute end-to-end UX design processes
- Lead UX strategy for major digital initiatives
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and develop solutions
- Champion design thinking and best practices
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX and product design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Exceptional visual design skills
- Strong qualitative and quantitative user research experience
- Excellent ability to present and defend design decisions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, or a related field
