Freelance Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will develop original visual concepts and design a wide range of assets including branding materials, website graphics, and marketing collateral. They will collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and meets project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop original visual concepts using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva
• Design a wide range of assets including branded graphic design elements, branding materials, website graphics, templates, email signatures, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and stakeholders to interpret needs and present compelling design solutions
• Ensure all creative output aligns with established brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Contribute to brand refresh initiatives, including updates to colors, typography, and visual assets
• Create and refine assets such as business cards, LinkedIn banners, email signatures, and website components

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and B2B design work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator, and Canva
• Ability to design across a variety of styles and mediums
• Blend of technical expertise and creative thinking
• Experience working within B2B industries, ideally aligned with consulting or professional services (Preferred)
• Local to Greensboro, NC or able to commute for occasional in-person collaboration (Preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders
• Open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs
• Effective communicator who is responsive and reliable
• Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and push bold branding concepts
