The designer will collaborate with product managers and engineers to research user requirements and create intuitive design concepts. They are responsible for developing wireframes, prototypes, and visually appealing interfaces while conducting usability testing to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities
- Research and Analysis: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Prepare and present preliminary drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Interaction Design: Develop intuitive and engaging user interactions aligned with the overall product goals
- Generate original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables
- Visual Design: Design visually appealing interfaces for brand consistency and enhanced product aesthetics
- Compliance with Style Standards: Ensure adherence to style standards, encompassing fonts, colors, and images
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify improvement areas
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio showcasing design projects
- Proficiency in wireframe tools (e.g., Figma)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Figma and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
