Senior Product Designer (Pixella)

Design product solutions for various user scenarios with a focus on activation and retention. Collaborate with product managers on hypotheses, A/B experiments, and maintain scalable interfaces within the existing design system.

Responsibilities

• Design product design solutions for different user scenarios with a focus on activation and retention
• Work with product hypotheses and participate in A/B experiments with PM
• Create scalable and technically correct interfaces based on existing design systems
• Analyze competitors and initiate UX/UI improvements
• Conduct design workshops and work closely with developers
• Actively participate in workshops, design discussions, and presentations of solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in product design (UI/UX or Product Designer)
• Experience in forming and testing product hypotheses
• Excellent UI skills
• Proficient in Figma: auto layout, variables, components, design systems
• Strong sense of visual design and attention to detail
• Understanding of HTML and CSS principles and limitations of web development
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) and ability to work with AI tools in English
• Independence and product ownership: ability to identify problems and propose solutions
• Proactivity, desire to grow and develop in the product
• Actual portfolio with real commercial cases
