You will shape the social experience of the product by designing intuitive, data-driven features and conducting user research to solve customer needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs, contribute to the design system, and mentor team members.
Responsibilities
- Work on data-inspired and customer-centric products
- Work within the product team in a cross-functional environment to define and solve customers' and business needs
- Conduct research and bring forward new findings to reach goals and detect opportunities for improvements
- Run usability testing to come up with solutions that truly solve customer needs
- Design products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail
- Work with and contribute to the design system
- Create and validate UX deliveries like user flows, journeys, and information architectures
- Iterate and present design solutions to team members
- Lead or actively participate in the efforts of product discovery
- Together with team members, monitor the performance of the release, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it
- Own your professional growth and help other team members by providing feedback and mentorship
- Foster a collaborative and creative culture within the design team and across the company
Requirements
- A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
- Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Strong UI skills and clean visual design sense
- The ability to think on high levels in product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions
- Ability to make data-supported recommendations
- To be a constant learner and willingness to learn and grow as a person and as a professional
- Love to solve problems and be challenged
- The ability to understand technical implications in design decisions
- Strong UX focus and understanding of human behavior
- Experience in research and understanding of how research shapes a good product
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
