Senior Product Designer

Lead the design of Connected TV products by creating intuitive interfaces and translating requirements into high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers while mentoring junior designers to maintain high design standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of CTV products, creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences across TV interfaces
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Ensure designs meet user experience goals, accessibility standards, and business objectives
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Quality Assurance to define product vision and roadmap
- Design internal marketing materials that align with the company’s brand identity
- Mentor and provide feedback to junior and mid-weight designers
- Apply platform-specific best practices for TV navigation, readability, and interaction design
- Conduct usability testing for CTV experiences and refine designs based on feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in CTV, media, or digital platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and creative marketing work
- Expertise in wire-framing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design tools
- Experience mentoring and guiding design teams
- Knowledge of accessibility, platform guidelines, and usability principles for TV interfaces
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
