Senior Product Designer
Jobscan Remote (🇹🇼 Taipei, Taiwan)
You will own the end-to-end design of product experiences, including user research, UI design, and the maintenance of a scalable design system. Additionally, you will partner with product and engineering teams to drive design decisions using data, metrics, and AI-enhanced workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design of key product experiences
- Use AI tools in daily design workflow
- Partner with product and engineering teams to design A/B test variants
- Use data, heatmaps, and session recordings to drive design decisions
- Design and maintain homepage and marketing landing pages
- Build and maintain design systems, including visual hierarchy, typography, color, icons, and illustrations
- Champion accessibility standards and performance best practices
- Communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience working at a startup or small team
- Strong skills in both UX and UI
- Ability to own a design from research to final visuals
- Comfortable with data and able to read product metrics
- Experience with A/B testing and iterating based on experiment results
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design workflow
- Ability to plan and conduct user interviews
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with engineers
