Branding/Retail Graphic Designer

The designer will create cohesive brand experiences across retail and digital touchpoints, including POSMs, social media banners, and marketing materials. They will act as a brand guardian to ensure all visual executions align with the company's style guide and brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing communications for both retail and social media channels
- Assume responsibility for all 2D graphic design aspects relevant to your designated role
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with stakeholders from different business units to create a broad range of materials
- Serving as a brand guardian, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that all execution points conform to the brand's style guide
- Design and maintain brand consistency across digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing
- Exchange ideas with team members from both global and regional functions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of design experience
- Several years of experience in graphic design, branding, or retail design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and ability to integrate AI-powered design tool into everyday design workflow
- Exceptional visual flair with a sharp eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills (visual, verbal, and written)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and PowerPoint, is advantageous
- Solid comprehension of CMYK and RGB color profiles
- Knowledge of file preparation for digital, offset, and large-format print as well as social media and digital formats
- Current knowledge of design trends and techniques, coupled with the ability to apply them proficiently
