Senior Product Designer

You will design intelligence-driven product experiences for the Merchant Experience domain, ensuring complex data and automations are simple and scalable. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to own the full design process from problem definition to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design intelligence-driven product experiences that help merchants ship smarter and with less friction
• Work on features where complex data, automations and agents need to feel simple, predictable and clear
• Connect your domain end to end, from shaping the problem to delivering a polished solution, and connects to the wider Sendcloud platform through close collaboration with other teams
• Work day to day with product managers and engineers to explore problems, question assumptions and turn insights into solutions that scale
• Use research, prototyping and data as part of your process to test ideas early and avoid unnecessary rework later
• Take ownership of the full design process, defining problems clearly, handling dependencies across teams and making smart trade offs along the way
• Connect what you design to real outcomes and adjust when results are not where they should be

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer within a product organisation
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership — from problem framing to delivery — with clear evidence of measurable experience outcomes
• Experience owning complex product areas or domains
• Ability to define problems clearly, challenge solution requests and translate them into effective, scalable solutions
• Strong UX and UI fundamentals, including interaction design, information architecture and high-quality visual craft
• Experience using research, prototyping and data to validate decisions and reduce risk before and during delivery
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product managers and engineers and influence decisions beyond your immediate team
• Strong experience with modern design tools, such as Figma, for flows, high-fidelity design and prototyping
• Solid understanding of information architecture and how to structure complex systems
• Good understanding of how web products are built, including technical constraints and feasibility
• Clear, thoughtful communicator who is open to feedback and comfortable taking ownership
