Expert Graphic Designer Mgr

The Expert Graphic Designer will create innovative, scientifically accurate visual communication materials such as posters, infographics, and multimedia assets for global therapeutic areas. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design systems, AI-enabled workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality visual communication materials
- Support multimedia content creation
- Translate complex scientific data into clear, impactful visuals
- Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and style guides
- Manage workflows, version control, and approvals
Requirements
- Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Journalism, Life Sciences, or related field with 6+ years of experience
- Basic knowledge of medical/scientific terminology and data visualization principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition)
- Experience designing scientific posters, infographics, medical illustrations, and multimedia content for pharma/biotech
