You will own end-to-end UX design across web and mobile platforms, shaping the customer journey from discovery to checkout. Additionally, you will build and evolve design systems while collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver usable, high-fidelity experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX design across web and mobile
- Run user research, usability testing, and competitor insights
- Map out full customer journeys, including edge cases and 'what if' moments
- Build and evolve design systems that keep everything consistent, scalable, and unmistakably Carma
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and the wider business to shape decisions
- Play with emerging AI design tools and workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing customer-facing digital products
- Strong UX thinking with solid interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft skills
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and building design systems
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Curiosity about AI in design and willingness to experiment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
