The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print channels to drive visitation and island experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining brand identity, managing freelance creative support, and producing high-quality photography and video content.

Responsibilities

  • Design visual assets for marketing campaigns promoting lodging, itineraries, and island experiences across digital and physical channels
  • Adapt and optimize creative assets for responsive and multi-platform use
  • Produce visually engaging assets for marketing channels, incorporating light motion or multimedia elements as needed
  • Capture, retouch and edit photography to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals that highlight the island experience
  • Manage freelance designers or creative vendors for specialized creative support

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) with photography and video-editing capabilities
  • Experience producing content across digital and physical marketing channels
  • Ability to manage multiple campaign assets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or brand-focused roles
