Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts, branding, and packaging from concept to production for various product collections. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital assets
- Create exciting branding and logos for emerging collections
- Design packaging from concept to production, ensuring deliverables are relevant and trend setting
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrating new resources/techniques where needed
- Create print ready files for both existing and emerging products according to best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Proof color and packaging structural integrity and engineering
- Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams, and incorporate feedback into final designs
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 4 years as a Graphic Designer
- Minimum Packaging Design Experience – 2 years
- Advanced knowledge of design software and tools; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), AI (Gemini, etc.)
- Microsoft Office Suite, and other graphic design software
- Experience with 3D software a plus
- Knowledge of licensing and branding
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

After graduating, I transitioned to working with small businesses to grow their online presence. Although I developed a wide variety of experience, my specialty became the dental field, which led me to the start of my second venture: Ashtel Dental.
