Senior Product Designer, SeekrFlow

You will own the end-to-end design process for major areas of the SeekrFlow AI platform, including discovery, concept development, and delivery. You will also collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define UX frameworks and ensure high-quality implementation of complex enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end product ownership: Own discovery, concept, detailed design, delivery, and iteration across major SeekrFlow product areas
- Systems-level UX: Define information architecture, interaction patterns, and reusable UX frameworks for complex, multi-step enterprise AI workflows
- User discovery & research: Lead discovery with technical and non-technical users; synthesize findings into UX strategy, interaction models, and validated product direction
- AI-accelerated design execution: Use AI tools to compress ideation and prototyping loops, moving from concept to interactive, working experience faster
- Design system stewardship: Contribute to and extend the Seekr design system to support new platform capabilities and enterprise use cases, in Figma
- Cross-functional partnership: Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap tradeoffs and technical constraints; produce specs and prototypes that enable high-quality implementation
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of product design experience on complex SaaS, enterprise, or technical platform products
- Demonstrated systems-level design skills: complex workflows, information architecture, scalable interaction frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including working within and evolving a shared design system
- Active, fluent use of AI-assisted design and prototyping tools
- Strong product judgment; comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Experience leading discovery research, such as defining personas, mapping workflows, validating solutions through usability testing
