The product designer will partner with the founding team to shape growth strategies, clinician tools, and member experiences. They will also define design systems and provide guidance to engineers working with AI.
Responsibilities
- Shape the design of various projects, including growth, clinician tools, and member experiences
- Help frame the problem and shape the approach
- Review big designs and keep them honest to patterns
- Evolve the component library when something new is called for
- Work with engineers to codify a clear point of view into skills, systems, and guardrails
Requirements
- Strong product design toolkit
- Fluent across IA, interaction, and visual craft
- Experience working with AI as a collaborator
- Natural mentor to engineers prototyping with AI
- Healthcare or health tech experience is a plus
