UX Researcher

You will design and execute research strategies to understand user needs and business requirements across various project stages. Additionally, you will analyze findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for user-centered design practices.
Responsibilities
- Understand business needs in order to design the research strategy
- Design, plan and execute research plans for different projects at different stages of development
- Analyze and report research findings to different stakeholders
- Evangelize user-centered thinking and research best practices
- Shape and evolve our user research processes and best practices
- Work in collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, UI and other UXRs
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience conducting user research and usability testing for digital products or solutions
- Deep understanding of Human Centered Design methodologies
- Hands-on experience applying quantitative and qualitative user research methods, remotely and in-person
- End-to-end experience with all aspects of the user research lifecycle
- Ability to lead workshops, ideation exercises and product and service definitions
- Degree or higher in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Anthropology, Human Computer Interaction, Design or equivalent field
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Strategic mindset
- Good organization skills to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Care about accessibility and inclusive design
