Responsibilities
- Coordinate design activities for domestic product development
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define technology and product roadmaps
- Lead and manage domestic design engineering teams focused on R&D and compliance
- Investigate new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes to drive innovation
- Supervise and mentor engineers, designers, and contributors
Requirements
- Education: BSME or equivalent technical degree
- Experience: 10+ years of product design experience
- Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership or project management experience
- Skills: Proficiency in 3D/2D CAD tools (Creo, Inventor, AutoCAD), sheet metal design, and MRP systems (SAP)
