Founding Product Designer

You will work directly with the CEO to define product strategy and translate ambiguous ideas into clear design interfaces and flows. You will also collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are scalable while conducting user research to measure design effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with the CEO on overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
- Creating flows, interactions, and designs for multi-surface products
- Rapidly prototyping ideas to test with customers
- Collaborating with engineers to ensure designs are buildable, performant, and scalable
- Creating reusable components, patterns, and documentation as the product scales
Requirements
- 3+ years of work or equivalent experience designing UX and UI for a software product
- Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft
- Fluency in interaction design and prototyping in Figma and related tools
- A track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch
- The ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered research
