Product Designer III (Live Events)
Compassion International Remote (šŗšø Colorado, United States of America)
The Product Designer III leads and mentors the User Experience discipline while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create consistent design language. They are responsible for driving end-to-end experience design across the concert lifecycle and conducting user research to inform product development.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and act as a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other development team members to maximize the user experience
- Work closely with software developers to create and improve wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, style-guides, and other artifacts of the design process
- Contribute to the establishment of design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Ensure a consistent design language is applied across the product
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design
- Experience designing complex B2B software products
- Ability to connect design decisions to business goals and make sound trade-offs
- Comfortable working with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Solid competency across the full UX spectrum
- Knowledge of accessibility, design systems, and scalable design practices
