Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives within a product area
- Own complex flows and ambiguous problem spaces
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and data to make informed trade-offs and deliver intuitive experiences
- Balance speed and quality, making pragmatic decisions while contributing to a cohesive product experience
- Use research, data, and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes
- Contribute to design systems and patterns, strengthening consistency and scalability across the product area
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making, ensuring teams move forward with clarity
- Support and mentor other designers, helping raise the quality of work across the team
Requirements

- 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent practical experience
