Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the UX/UI design and prototyping for medical diagnostic products, collaborating with R&D and human factors teams. They will conduct usability testing and define design systems to ensure consistent, user-friendly experiences across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Apply technical expertise in user-experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) design to design and develop point-of-care, medical diagnostic products
- Work with R&D teams and the strategic marketing to design and develop user experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) design concepts and prototypes
- Lead UX design & UX prototyping for usability studies to uncover user pain points & opportunities for design improvement
- Plan and conduct usability (UX) testing and evolve the design based on the findings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related area plus 5 years of work experience
- Previous experience of at least 1 or more years of collaborating with cross-functional project teams
- Provide strategic guidance related to UX/UI Design
- Advocating the goals of UX/UI design across the division through effective communication with leadership and collaborators
