Product Designer

You will lead end-to-end product design, focusing on UI, prototyping, and scaling the design system to ensure a high-quality user experience. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver pixel-perfect digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop continuous research, understand real user needs, analyze trends, and transform insights into efficient solutions
• Elevate the visual and interaction design, including the development of high-fidelity prototypes, flows, micro-interactions, and animations
• Evolve, document, and scale the Design System to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a solid visual identity across the product
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure clear hand-offs, implementation follow-up, and pixel-perfect delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital product design for app and web, with a focus on user-centered design
• Experience in the full design cycle, including research, ideation, prototyping, validation, delivery, and iteration
• Experience creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems
• Strong UI execution skills, with attention to detail and visual coherence
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Lottie, or Principle
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish, with English being a plus
