UX Researcher

Plan, design, and execute mixed-methods research across the product lifecycle to provide evidence-based insights for product teams. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence roadmap strategy and ensure research continuity as the product scales.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute mixed-methods research across the product lifecycle
• Define research questions, hypotheses, and success metrics in partnership with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams
• Own sampling, recruitment, and research operations, ensuring ethical handling of participant data and compliance with GDPR and internal standards
• Synthesize insights using rigorous qualitative and quantitative methods, triangulating data from studies, analytics, and experiments to drive decisions
• Design and support product experiments, interpret results, and recommend next steps
• Create clear, compelling research readouts that influence roadmap and strategy
• Maintain and evolve the research repository and insights library, ensuring traceability from findings to decisions and measurable outcomes

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a UX Researcher in a product-led environment
• Strong background in usability research, with quantitative research being a plus
• Advanced proficiency in UserTesting or similar tools
• Ability to balance depth and speed in a real-world product environment
• Ability to distill user insights into actionable product recommendations
• Qualitative and quantitative research capabilities
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (C1/C2 required), with additional European languages being a plus
