Senior UI Designer

You will architect and evolve sophisticated UI kits and design systems while leading the integration of AI tools into the design lifecycle. Additionally, you will bridge the gap between brand strategy and interactive execution to create world-class digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Systemic UI Design: Architect and evolve sophisticated UI kits and design systems in Figma
- High-Fidelity Prototyping: Use Framer to bring static designs to life
- AI-Driven Workflows: Lead the charge in integrating AI tools into the design lifecycle
- Brand Elevation: Strategically translate Adyen’s value proposition and brand system into impactful digital visuals
- Knowledge share: Lead and inspire young designers
- Stakeholder Mastery: Present high-level creative concepts to executive stakeholders
- Global Scalability: Build with a 'flex-first' mindset, ensuring UI solutions adapt seamlessly across multiple languages, regions, and device constraints
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in high-growth environments
- Mastery of Figma (Components, Variables, Auto-layout) and Framer (CMS, Animations, Components)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Deep practical knowledge of AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Magician, etc.)
- Full professional fluency in English
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
