The Lead Product Designer will shape, evolve, and scale the organization's design system while acting as a force multiplier across product teams. This role involves defining reusable components, integrating AI-enabled workflows, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design System Leadership: drive the strategic evolution of the design system
- Execution & Craft: ensure coherence across experiences and systems
- Strategic Vision & Ownership: shape problem spaces across initiatives or teams
- Cross-Organizational Influence: advise senior leaders on UI and UX initiatives and strategies
Requirements
- 5 or more years of progressive experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or Design Systems
- Strategic Depth: experience shaping and driving design system strategy
- Portfolio Excellence: strong portfolio showcasing mastery across the entire design process
- Technical Fluency: deep understanding of modern software development, technical constraints, and front-end capabilities
