(Senior) Product Designer (m/f/d)
Happyhotel Remote (🇩🇪 Offenburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany)
You will act as the first dedicated designer to shape the product's user experience and visual identity. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to conduct user research, develop design artifacts, and iterate on solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand users' needs through interviews and feedback
- Bring the user perspective into all product decisions
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to develop usable and feasible solutions
- Create the right artifacts for each phase: flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, or handovers
- Test ideas with users and improve them iteratively
- Further develop the design system and establish clear standards for design artifacts
- Share insights from user research and design work across the company
Requirements
- Combine clear UX thinking with a sense for design
- Visually extend the brand within the product
