Lead the design and production of high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms to elevate brand identity. Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure visual consistency and strategic alignment across multiple luxury properties.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and production of high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms
- Translate brand strategy into visually compelling concepts aligned with each property’s positioning
- Ensure consistency with Marriott brand guidelines while elevating creative output to a luxury standard
- Adapt global brand assets for local relevance across The Red Sea and AMAALA destinations
- Support the development of seasonal campaigns (Eid, Summer, Festive) and always-on content
- Design assets for paid media, social media, website, email marketing, and on-property collateral
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end creative work across digital and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience working with brand guidelines and multi-brand environments
- Understanding of digital design requirements (social, web, performance marketing assets)
