Senior UX Designer [Poland]

The Senior UX Designer will create intuitive, user-centric designs and conduct research to inform design decisions. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of features while adhering to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Create intuitive, user- and business-centric designs that enhance the player experience and comply with regulatory standards
- Conduct competitor research and usability testing to inform and justify design decisions
- Build wireframes and prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts clearly
- Collaborate on the UX of new features while considering legal and compliance requirements
- Design visually appealing interfaces following our design system
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, QA) to ensure the successful implementation of designs
Requirements
- 5+ years of solid background in UX/UI design and market research
- Background working in product companies, with a deep understanding of product development cycles
- Advanced skills in Figma and design systems
- Strong information architecture, wireframing, and user research abilities
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable design insights
- Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive web platforms
