Graphic Designer with UX/UI & Motion (Responso)

The designer will create marketing materials, landing pages, and social media graphics while managing the brand's visual identity. Additionally, they will be responsible for designing and optimizing product interfaces and onboarding materials using UX/UI best practices.
Responsibilities
- Creating graphic materials for marketing activities: landing pages, ads, banners, social media, presentations
- Designing and optimizing product interfaces and onboarding materials (UX/UI)
- Participating in the creation and development of a consistent visual brand system for Responso
- Collaborating on video productions and creating tutorials
- Collaborating with the content, product, and development teams on project implementation
- Preparing and exporting ready-to-use resources for implementation (web, mobile, print)
- Conducting UX analysis and proposing improvements based on user data and feedback
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a designer (graphic design + UX/UI)
- Impressive portfolio showcasing experience in designing advertising banners, email marketing messages, social media graphics, logos, and product projects/interfaces (UX/UI)
- Excellent knowledge of Figma
- Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) in the context of designing marketing graphics
- Practical experience in designing and optimizing digital ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and tracking the dynamically changing requirements of these platforms
- Ability to create strong key visuals and develop consistent graphic concepts for all online formats (digital first)
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and good knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Ability to design and create short animations (motion graphics) for marketing purposes
- Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and product/interface projects
- Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, and user-centered design
- Ability to proactively identify visual and product-related problems and propose innovative and effective solutions
- Good work organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in designing and preparing materials for print (DTP), including POS elements and trade fair visualizations
- Communicative knowledge of English
