Own the end-to-end product design process within your domain, from discovery through delivery of user-facing experiences. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, explore solutions, and drive key outcomes like activation and retention.

- Designing intuitive and high-quality experiences
- Exploring and validating solutions through prototyping and user research
- Contributing to and evolving the design system
- Balancing immediate execution with ongoing discovery
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of human interface design best practices
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Execution across all phases of design work
- Strong product thinking and ability to define problems and prioritize solutions
- Ability to communicate design rationale and decisions
- Experience working with engineering and product teams
