Conversational UX Designer (m/w/d)
Dept® 🇩🇪 Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
You will design conversational flows, dialogue structures, and assistant personalities while collaborating with AI engineers and product managers. Additionally, you will conduct user testing and iterative improvements based on conversational metrics and qualitative feedback.
Responsibilities
- Designing conversational flows and dialogue structures
- Defining tone, voice, and assistant personality
- Translating strategy and insights into user-centered flows
- Creating simple prototypes and presenting work to clients and stakeholders
- Working with Product Managers, AI engineers, and developers to shape the user experience
- Conducting testing and iterative improvement of conversations and prompts
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX and/or conversational design
- Experience with designing chatbot or voicebot solutions
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience and passion
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Working proficiency in English and German
- Experience with Figma and collaborative tools
