Web Designer (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf UX & UI

You will design intuitive, conversion-focused websites, landing pages, and UI components to guide users through the marketing funnel. You will collaborate closely with developers, performance marketers, and the creative director to ensure design consistency and high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• UX & UI design: creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity layouts
• Web design & visuals: developing conversion-oriented designs for campaigns, designing visual elements
• Conversion & funnel experience: optimizing user journeys, designing clear and convincing interaction points
• Collaboration: working with web developers to implement designs, handing over structured design briefings and Figma files
• Quality checks: ensuring responsiveness, visual QA

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in web design, UI/UX or digital design
• Very good handling of Figma or comparable design tools and Vibe-Coding
• Good understanding of user behavior and conversion mechanisms
• Experience in laying out landing pages, funnel elements and websites
• Sense of typography, color guidance, visual harmony
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or WordPress
• Proactive way of working and desire to actively co-design design structures
• Ability to work effectively in a team with creative, content, performance, web dev
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills for coordination, content and internal communication
