Design user-centered experiences across digital and physical interfaces including apps, web, HMI, and IoT systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and strategic goals into intuitive, scalable, and high-quality design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences across digital and physical interfaces (apps, web, HMI, IoT systems)
- Balance and integrate functionality, usability, and aesthetic quality in every design solution
- Ensure that all solutions are designed with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusivity, applying best practices and standards (e.g. WCAG) from the early design stages
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of UX frameworks, design systems, and interaction patterns
- Conduct and support user research activities (interviews, field studies, usability testing)
- Translate insights into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Validate design solutions through iterative testing and data-informed decision making
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and visual quality across the entire user experience ecosystem (Design System)
- Collaborate closely with developers and UI designers to ensure feasibility and implementation quality
- Contribute to strategic design thinking, aligning user experience with business objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
- Solid experience in UX design for digital products and/or connected systems for at least 3 years
- Strong sensitivity to visual design, aesthetics, and interaction quality
- User Research methodologies (qualitative)
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles
- Design Thinking methodologies
- Ability to design for complex systems, ideally involving hardwareāsoftware integration (e.g. IoT, smart devices, lighting systems, energy platforms)
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Miro)
- Interest in leveraging AI to enhance design workflows, user insights, and personalization
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a collaborative attitude
